An inboxthat sortsitself.
When one person reads every email, urgent requests get buried under routine ones. We install AI that sorts, routes and drafts, and leaves the decisions to your team.
Everything lands in one place. One person reads all of it.
Orders, supplier questions, invoices, complaints and newsletters arrive in the same inbox. Someone has to read each one just to know what it is.
The urgent message from a good customer waits behind twenty that could have answered themselves.
What an install usually includes
Sorting by type and urgency
Incoming email is labelled by what it is and how urgent it is, using rules you agree with us during scoping.
Routing to the right person
Messages go to whoever handles them, so nobody has to forward by hand.
Drafted replies, human approved
Routine questions get a drafted reply that a person reviews and sends. You decide what, if anything, the AI may send alone.
Your tools, your runbook
It runs inside the email and tools you already use, and your team gets a runbook to adjust the rules over time.
Installed in a 2-Week AI Install Sprint: days 1 to 3 scope, days 4 to 12 build, days 13 to 14 training and handover. Complex workflows take up to four weeks. How the Sprint works →
No published inbox case study yet.
We'd rather say that than invent one. Inbox triage is one of the workflows we install, and we'll publish numbers when a client agrees to it. The closest proof today is Hayink's intake assistant, which turned a 25-minute inquiry back-and-forth into 2 to 3 minutes.
Questions, answered.
All questions →Only if you decide it should. Most teams start with the AI sorting and drafting while a person approves every reply. You choose what it may send alone, and you can change that later.
We install inside the email and tools you already use. We confirm the setup works with your systems on the discovery call, before we quote.
We install the workflow in your environment, on API accounts you control, so your data stays in systems you own. We choose the model per workflow; for example, the customer intake assistant we built for Hayink runs on Anthropic's Claude API. Where a task is too sensitive to automate yet, we say so.
That's the only way we start. Every engagement begins with a single workflow in a Sprint. Bigger Custom Builds and the Monthly Retainer only unlock after a Sprint has shipped.
