We pick one painful, repeatable workflow in your business, install AI inside it using the tools you already have, train your team to run it, and hand over a runbook you own. A 30-minute check-in on day 28 is included.

Two weeks for most workflows. Days 1 to 3 are scoping, days 4 to 12 are the build, and days 13 to 14 are training and handover. Complex workflows can take up to four weeks. A 30-minute check-in on day 28 is included either way.

We quote after a 30-minute discovery call, because the price depends on the workflow: how many tools it touches, how many edge cases it has, and how much data it handles. No. We build for operators, not engineers. The workflow runs in your existing tools, we train the people who will use it every day, and you keep a written runbook so your team can run it without us.

We install the workflow in your environment, on API accounts you control, so your data stays in systems you own. We choose the model per workflow; for example, the customer intake assistant we built for Hayink runs on Anthropic's Claude API. Where a task is too sensitive to automate yet, we say so.

Yes. The Gulf is a core market for us. We work remotely from Yerevan, which shares Dubai's time zone (GMT+4) and is one hour ahead of Riyadh, so we keep Gulf business hours. Our team speaks Arabic and English, and Gulf Sprints are delivered fully remotely: scoping calls, build, team training and handover.
