Two weeks for most workflows. Days 1 to 3 are scoping, days 4 to 12 are the build, and days 13 to 14 are training and handover. Complex workflows can take up to four weeks. A 30-minute check-in on day 28 is included either way.
We quote after a 30-minute discovery call, because the price depends on the workflow: how many tools it touches, how many edge cases it has, and how much data it handles. You get the quote before any work starts. We don't sell Custom Builds or retainers until a Sprint has shipped and you've seen it work.
No. We build for operators, not engineers. The workflow runs in your existing tools, we train the people who will use it every day, and you keep a written runbook so your team can run it without us.
We stay accountable. If the install breaks something, we fix it, and the day-28 check-in is included in every Sprint. After that, the Monthly Retainer covers maintenance, on-call support and one new automation a month, month to month with no long contract.
