Scope
We sit with you, watch your work, identify the single workflow most worth automating. We document the inputs, outputs, edge cases, and what “good” looks like. You sign off before we build.
Build
We install the AI workflow in your environment. We use APIs you control. We test against real cases you provide. You see daily progress.
Train and ship
We train your team to run it. We document the runbook. We hand over the keys. You leave with a working artifact you own. (Up to day 28 for larger scope.)
Check-in
30 minutes, included. We ask what’s working, what’s still painful, what’s broken. We help you fix anything that broke from the install. We talk about what to automate next.
Custom Build
When you've shipped a Sprint and you're ready for more.
After a successful Sprint, customers often have a bigger thing they want built. A custom internal tool. A multi-step agent. A specialized integration with your stack.
That's a Custom Build engagement. Bigger scope, longer timeline, custom quoted. We don't sell it cold to strangers. We sell it to people who've seen us ship a Sprint and want to go deeper.

Monthly Retainer
When the AI you've installed becomes critical infrastructure.
After 1 to 3 working automations are running in your business, someone has to maintain them, evolve them, and ship the next one. That's a retainer.
You get a regular monthly slot of our time. We maintain what you've installed, ship one new automation per month, and stay on call for tactical questions.
Not every workflow is a fit
Some tasks should not be automated yet. Some workflows are too sensitive, too fast-changing, or too small to justify the install.
