Answer every inquiryin minutes, not half an hour.
Every inquiry starts the same back-and-forth. We install an AI intake assistant that does that part for you, quotes from your own pricing rules, and hands over to a person when it should.
The same 25-minute conversation, dozens of times a week.
Quantity, deadline, budget, files, sizes, delivery. Before you can quote, someone has to collect the same details from every customer, by hand, between everything else.
In most small businesses that someone is the owner. Replies slow down when the week gets busy, and slow replies lose the inquiries that were ready to buy.
What we install
A guided intake conversation
The assistant asks for the details you need, in the order you need them, and checks nothing is missing before a person ever looks at it.
Quotes from your own rules
We write down your pricing model with you during scoping. The assistant drafts quotes from those rules, not from guesses.
Book or escalate
Simple requests get booked. Anything outside the rules goes to the owner or the right person on your team, with the details already collected.
A team that can run it
We train the people who use it every day and hand over a runbook, so the workflow keeps running without us.
Installed in a 2-Week AI Install Sprint: days 1 to 3 scope, days 4 to 12 build, days 13 to 14 training and handover. Complex workflows take up to four weeks. How the Sprint works →
Built first for Hayink.
Our published case study is Hayink, the textile printing business in Yerevan that our cofounder Hagop Khachadourian has run since 2022. We installed there first, and the numbers come from his own books. Its intake assistant runs on Anthropic's Claude API, wired into the pricing model we built together.
Questions, answered.
All questions →Yes. Customer-facing workflows can be set up to reply in the language your customers write in, including Arabic and English. Our team speaks Arabic, so we review the replies ourselves before handover.
It hands the conversation to a person. The assistant we built for Hayink escalates to the owner whenever a request falls outside the rules we set together, with the customer's details already collected.
We install the workflow in your environment, on API accounts you control, so your data stays in systems you own. We choose the model per workflow; for example, the customer intake assistant we built for Hayink runs on Anthropic's Claude API. Where a task is too sensitive to automate yet, we say so.
Two weeks for most workflows. Days 1 to 3 are scoping, days 4 to 12 are the build, and days 13 to 14 are training and handover. Complex workflows can take up to four weeks. A 30-minute check-in on day 28 is included either way.
