Hayink is the business our cofounder Hagop Khachadourian has run since 2022. It's our testing ground for everything we build. The numbers here come from his own books.
We didn't do this for an arms-length client. We did it for ourselves first. That's the point.
What Hayink does
An artist-first textile printing business in Yerevan. Custom merch for brands, creators and event teams: tote bags, quarter-zips, full event kits. Clients across Armenia, the Middle East and beyond.
The owner runs everything: briefs, quoting, production, quality, delivery. The classic operator, watching his best hours vanish into the same tasks every week.

Manual customer intake
Every B2B inquiry kicked off the same 25-minute back-and-forth: quantity, deadline, print method, budget, files, sizes. Dozens a week. The biggest time sink in the business.
AI customer intake bot
A Claude-based assistant collects the specs, generates a quote from the pricing model we built, and books the slot or escalates to the owner. 25 minutes of typing became 2 to 3 minutes of guided conversation.
Mockups made by hand
Every customer who wanted to see their logo on merch waited 90 minutes. Open Photoshop, layer the logo, render, send. Slow, repetitive, easy to get wrong.
Automated mockup generator
Upload the logo, pick the product, get a clean preview in under 10 minutes. The customer sees their design before they finish their coffee.
A site that wasn't helping
Vulnerabilities, broken pages, slow loads. It looked fine from a distance but wasn't qualifying leads, converting visitors, or even staying secure.
Site cleanup and performance pass
Vulnerabilities patched, broken pages repaired, images resized, assets trimmed, caching structured. The site now does the job it was built for.
